Note: The programme is not very tight. This was made so in order to make sure we can keep it. Those who wish are, however, encouraged to take initiative and play more in between as well as in early morning.

17.00 – 18.30 Arrival, housing

18.30 Departure for concert

19.00 Pizza at concert place, briefing about concert programme, stage setup.

20.00 - 22.00 Public concert

FRIDAY AUGUST 3 ^th
09.30 - 10.30 Breakfast
10.45 - 12.30 Playing sessions (Several groups simultaneously depending on number of participants)

13.30 - 14.30 Lunch
15.00 - 16.30 Playing sessions (including workshop with Kristin Bolstad (Norway) compositions)

17.00 - 18.00 Tutti recordings listening session

19 - 21 Dinner and planning of concert session Saturday

SATURDAY AUGUST 4^th

9.30 -10.30 Breakfast

10.45-12.30 Concert session (playing for each other)

From this point on, no pre-arranging of groups by the organisers. Find out yourselves what you need to do!

13.30-1430 Lunch

14.30-1900 Free time (one may organize playing as one likes, try out compositions and the like together with others who played them before, go to listening room, or do other things/relax)

19-21 Dinner

21.00 - 22.15 Conference Discussion

SUNDAY AUGUST 5 ^th
09.30 - 10.30 Breakfast
10.45 - 12.00 TUTTI playing session (as you find appropriate)

13.00 - 14.30 Lunch; General Assembly
15.00 - 16.00 Playing session (as you find appropriate)

16.00 - 17.00 Clearing, cleaning up
