Note: The programme is not very tight. This was made so in order to make sure we can keep it. Those who wish are, however, encouraged to take initiative and play more in between as well as in early morning. ("Early birds": please go to the room with electric instruments opposite the kitchen to avoid waking up others ;-)

18.30 - 20.30 Dinner (pizza)
20.30 - 22.30 Playing sessions (random principle)

22.30 - 23.00 Mini-concert (groups play for each other)

FRIDAY AUGUST 6th
09.30 - 10.30 Breakfast
10.45 - 12.30 Playing sessions (Several groups simultaneously depending on number of participants, one or more with free improvisation, one with compositions by Juan Marie Solare + one with Peter Sterk)

13.30 - 14.30 Lunch
15.00 - 16.30 Tutti recordings listening session

16.45 - 18.30 Playing sessions (Several groups simultaneously depending on number of participants – free improvisation, and Carl Bergstroem-Nielsen composition workshop)

19 - 21 Dinner

21.00 - 22.15 Conference Discussion

SATURDAY AUGUST 7^th

From this point on, no pre-arranging of groups by the organisers. Find out yourselves what you need to do!

9.30 -10.30 Breakfast

10.45-12.30 Playing sessions (as you find appropriate, maybe one with compositions)

13.30-1430 Lunch

14.30-1900 Free time (one may organize playing as one likes, try out compositions and the like together with others who played them before, go to listening room, or do other things/relax)

19-21 Dinner

21.00 - 22.30 Concert session (different groups/soloists play for each other)

SUNDAY AUGUST 8th
09.30 - 10.30 Breakfast
10.45 - 12.00 Playing session (as you find appropriate)

13.00 - 14.30 Lunch; General Assembly
15.00 - 16.00 Playing session (as you find appropriate)

16.00 - 17.00 Clearing, cleaning up
